ABSTRACT:
The correlation between the intensities of M+• and the selected fragment ions on basis the mass spectral fragmentation of thirty-two 2- and 4-alkoxycarbonylalkylthiouracils were discussed. The data obtained create the basis for distinguishing isomers.

Keywords: 2- and 4- alkoxycarbonylalkylthiouracils, mass fragmentation, relative intensity, isomers
